Why doesn't image zoom work (or looks blurry)?

Zoom features depend on the original image resolution. If the source image is too small, zoom will either be disabled or look soft.

• Are your product images at least 2000px+ on the longest side?

• Are you testing on a device/browser that supports the zoom interaction?
