Why isn't the sticky header working?
Sticky behavior can be disabled by design in certain layouts to prevent UI issues.
Sticky headers can be turned off in some scenarios to avoid covering important navigation or causing layout glitches.
Common reasons
- The header contains a large dropdown/mega menu that needs full viewport space.
- Mobile menu patterns that conflict with sticky positioning.
- A third-party app injected an element that breaks sticky layout.
What to do
- Check header settings: sticky enabled/disabled.
- Temporarily disable recent apps and retest.
- Test on a clean template to isolate whether it's page-specific.
Best practice
Sticky headers are useful, but clarity wins. If sticky causes navigation issues, disabling it can improve UX.
